Divide the students in two teams. Write on the board the past tense and
the past participle of the irregular verbs. Hide in the classroom cards which
contain the infinitives of the irregular verbs. Each team takes turns in order
to find as many cards as possible. The teams have 10’ at their disposal. Every
time a team approaches a card, you have to say: “Pepper!” When a team is far away from a card you have to say “Salt!” The team which will find the
most cards earns 2 stickers!
